Tickets/Refunds
All tickets must be paid for at the point of sale, and there are no refunds for canceled or unused tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, for a $1 fee per ticket. Purchased tickets must be picked up by curtain time, or seats may be released to stand-bys.House Guidelines
The house will open 30 minutes before the curtain. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. Cameras, recording devices, pagers and cellular phones are prohibited in all performance areas. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. Regardless of age, a seat must be purchased for every individual attending an event.Accessibility
Wheelchair locations are available on the ground floor for patrons who use wheelchairs or have difficulty walking. Please indicate the number of accessible seats needed on your ticket order.
Phonic Ear Sound Enhancement is offered to any patron who desires amplified hearing. You may pick up headsets at the Playhouse box office prior to the performance.
A sign language interpreter is available upon request. Contact the Playhouse box office at least two weeks prior to the performance if you desire this service.
