Heading into our final weekend of performances for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, another packed weekend awaits those coming to visit downtown Duluth. To help make your experience at the Duluth Playhouse as smooth and stress-free as possible, we have a handful of reminders and helpful tips. We want you remembering your night (or afternoon) spent at the theatre, not how many times you drove around the block looking for a parking space.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY: PARKING COULD BE TRICKY!
With UMD Bulldog men’s hockey at the DECC, Christmas City of the North train rides with the North Shore Scenic Railroad, Bentlyville in Bayfront Park, and other events in the downtown area, the parking ramps located on either side of the Depot will fill up fast. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking. If you’re coming to the show with family and friends, consider carpooling together.
The public parking ramps are located on Michigan Street and 6th Ave West, and Michigan Street and 5th Ave W (entrance on 4th Ave W). Both parking ramps are free after 5pm on weekdays, and free all day on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also limited metered parking spaces directly in front of the Depot.
CHECK THOSE TICKETS
If you purchased your tickets online, make sure to double check the date and time of your tickets. There are matinees on Saturdays as well as evening performances. Joseph is sold out for the remainder of the run, and we will do our best to accommodate ticket errors. If you are not sure what date/time your tickets are for, call our Box Office at 218-733-7555.
WILL CALL TICKETS
If you are picking up your tickets at Will Call, we ask that you and your party pick them up at least 15 minutes prior to the performance, or they may be released at curtain time per our standard policy as stated on your ticket confirmation.
You can also pick up tickets in advance in the Duluth Playhouse Box Office during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm).
If you printed your ticket confirmation, you do not need to wait in line at the box office. Our ushers will scan the QR code found on your ticket confirmation at the theatre doors when seating begins, one half-hour prior to the performance.
WAIT LISTS & RUSH LISTS
If you are running late to a performance due to weather, traffic, or another unforeseen conflict, please call our box office as soon as possible to let us know. We will hold your tickets/seats. With the show being sold out, any unclaimed tickets at showtime will be released for purchase to those waiting for tickets on the Rush List.
ADD DINNER/BRUNCH TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are excited to have Black Woods Catering on board for another weekend with dinner and brunch before the show, served in The Underground on level 1 of the Depot. If you are coming to either the Saturday evening performance or Sunday matinee, we still have spots available for you to join us!
