It’s our second week of performances of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and another packed weekend of events in the downtown Duluth area. We have a few pointers to help make your experience at the Duluth Playhouse is as smooth as possible. We want you remembering the performance after you leave, not how backed up traffic was once you arrived!

ARRIVE EARLY! PARKING MAY BE LIMITED!
With Bentleyville at Bayfront Park, the Minnesota Ballet performing at the DECC, train rides with the North Shore Scenic Railroad, and other events in the downtown area, the parking ramps located on either side of the Depot will fill up fast. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking, or perhaps carpool if you are coming to the show with friends and family.
Public parking ramps are located on Michigan Street and 6th Ave West and Michigan Street and 5th Ave W (entrance on 4th Ave W). Both parking ramps are free after 5pm on weekdays, and free all day on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also limited metered parking spaces directly in front of the Depot.
CHECK YOUR TICKETS
If you purchased your tickets online, make sure to double check the date and time of your tickets. There are matinees on Saturdays in addition to evening performances. Joseph is sold out for the remainder of the run, and we will do our best to accommodate ticket errors. If you are not sure what date/time your tickets are for, call the Playhouse Box Office at 218-733-7555.
WILL CALL TICKETS
If you are picking up your tickets at Will Call, please pick them up at least 15 minutes prior to the performance, or they may be released at curtain time per our standard policy as stated on your ticket confirmation.
You may pick up your tickets in advance in the Duluth Playhouse Box Office during the week M-F from 9am-5pm.
If you printed your ticket confirmation, you do not need to wait in line at the box office. Our ushers can scan the bar code on your ticket confirmation at the theatre doors when seating begins, one half-hour prior to the performance.
WAIT LISTS & RUSH LISTS
If you are running late to a performance due to weather, traffic, or another unforeseen conflict, please call our box office as soon as possible to let us know. We will hold your tickets/seats. With the show being sold out, any unclaimed tickets at showtime will be released for purchase to those waiting for tickets on the Rush List.
ADD DINNER/BRUNCH TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are excited to have Black Woods catering on board for two dinner shows and two brunches during the run of Joseph, served in The Underground on level 1 of the Depot. If you are coming to either Saturday evening performance or Sunday matinee, we still have spots available for you to join us!
DINNER: Saturday, December 10, and December 17 at 6pm
BRUNCH: Sunday, December 11, and December 18 at 12:30pm (served buffet style)
