Changes and Cancellations:   Performance titles, dates, and times are subject to change or cancellation.

Late Seating:  We do not guarantee late seating after a performance begins. Late seating may or may not be permitted at the discretion of the director at an appropriate break in the action. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.

In Case of Bad Weather:   If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.

Dress Code:   There is no dress code at any Duluth Playhouse performance venue. Most of our patrons dress casually nice to dressy. Because the theatres are kept cool for the benefit of the cast and crew, a sweater or jacket is recommended for those who might have a tendency to be cold.

Content and Age Appropriateness:   Because each patron holds individual viewpoints, the Duluth Playhouse cannot determine the appropriateness of each production for them and family members, including children. While we strive to make each musical and play appropriate for all audiences, some productions do include adult subject matter and language.

  • We highly encourage every patron to research our shows prior to purchasing tickets and attending our performances and then make their own choice on whether it is appropriate for their family or group.

Photo and Video Disclaimer:   During your visit to the NorShor Theatre, the Underground Theatre or the Family Theatre, you or members of your family, friends, or group may be filmed, videotaped, and/or photographed by a Playhouse employee, contract photographer, or the media. Your attendance at Playhouse events serves as permission for the use of your image, or the image of your family, friends and group, by the Playhouse to publicize our programs or facilities. Please contact the House Manager on duty should you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
