Our Box Office is now open 10:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

GROUP TICKETS
Groups of 15+ receive $5 off standard prices per section! Choose a date, and we’ll put your tickets on a courtesy hold. Adjust the number of tickets up to one month before the performance. Must call the Box Office to redeem this offer.

MAIN STAGE INDIVIDUAL TICKET PRICES

  • Standard: $50 – $55 Premium / $45 – $50 Main Floor / $40 – 45 Balcony / $30 – $35 Upper Balcony
  • Senior (65+): $48 – 53 Premium / $43 – $48 Main Floor / $38 – 43 Balcony / $28 – $33 Upper Balcony
  • Youth: (17 & under) $10 OFF seat location price. 
  • Student (18+): $48 – 53 Premium / $43 – $48 Main Floor / $38 – 43 Balcony / $28 – $33 Upper Balcony
  • Student Rush: $25 at the door 30 minutes prior to performance.

YOUTH THEATRE INDIVIDUAL TICKET PRICES

  • Children 3 & under may sit on an adult’s lap for free.

  • Student Rush: $22 at the door 30 minutes prior to performance.

  • We encourage everyone to help us go paperless and receive their tickets via email! There are several options for checking in at the theatre:
    • Print your tickets at home and present them to an usher to be scanned
    • Pull up your ticket confirmation and/or e-tickets on your phone and present the barcode or QR code to be scanned
    • Forgot your tickets? No problem! Simply give the usher the last name of the ticket holder so they can check for it on our patron list for that days performance
  • Out of respect to our actors and other audience members, please silence all electronics before the performance begins.
  • Please do not text during the performance.
  • Photography and video recording of any kind are not allowed during the performance.
  • Beverages are allowed inside the theatre.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Tickets for a Duluth Playhouse event may only be purchased through the official website, in-person, or by phone through the Playhouse Box Office. The purchase of a ticket from a third-party vendor is not authorized. The Duluth Playhouse reserves the right to refuse entry to fraudulent or suspect ticket holders.

All Sales Are Final:  

  • Please double check your order for accuracy prior to completing the transaction as all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
  • No refunds will be given on unused or canceled tickets.
  • In the event of a cancellation of a performance for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund or exchange will be offered.

Ticket Exchanges:   Exchanges must be made 24-hours in advance of the event with a $2 re-ticking fee per ticket. No exchanges will be made for special events or past event dates.

Production Changes and Cancellations:   Production dates, times and titles are subject to change or cancellation.

Late Seating:  Late seating may be permitted at the discretion of the house manager. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.

Bad Weather:   If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.

Dress Code:   There is no dress code at any Duluth Playhouse venue.  A sweater or jacket is recommended for those who might have a tendency to be cold.

Content and Age Appropriateness: The Playhouse does not provide opinion or judgment regarding subject matter, as the contents of each production will impact individuals differently based on their lived experiences. Photo and Video Disclaimer:  During your visit, you may be filmed or photographed. Your attendance at Playhouse events serves as permission for the use of your image by the Playhouse for publicity. Getting Here & Parking

To the NorShor Theatre, for MAIN STAGE and YOUTH THEATRE:

Follow I-35W N and I-35 N to South Lake Ave in Duluth. Take exit 256B from I-35 N. Take exit 256B for 5th Avenue West toward Lake Avenue. Drive to E Superior St. Turn left onto S Lake Ave. Turn right onto E Superior St. The NorShor Theatre will be on the left.

Parking options for the NorShor Theatre are as follows:

  • The Medical District Ramp (302 E. First Street)
    • Located behind the Sheraton Hotel. This ramp is also connected to the Greysolon Plaza and the NorShor Theatre via the skywalk, and new directional signage will help guide patrons and visitors to both locations.
  • The HART District Ramp (125 E. Superior Street)
    • There is access to this ramp via 1st Street on the left-hand side of the street, right after the Clayton-Jackson-McGhee Memorial (look for blue Public Parking signage!). This ramp is also NOT connected to the NorShor Theatre via the skywalk.
  • The Tech Village Ramp (10 E. First Street)
    • Located behind Pizza Luce and just before Lake Avenue.
  • Metered parking spots surrounding the NorShor Theatre

To the Underground Theatre at Zeitgeist Teatro Performing Arts Theater: 

The Underground Theatre is located across from The NorShor Theatre in the HART District at Teatro Zuccone Performing Arts Theater. All of the directions for NorShor apply for Underground except after you park or get off the bus you head to the other side of the street and enter Zeitgeist, then follow the easy interior signage.

NorShor Theatre Featuring MAIN STAGE & YOUTH THEATRE
Located at 211 E Superior St, Duluth, MN 55802

The NorShor Theatre offers two levels of seating: the main floor and the balcony. Accessible and removable seats are available in row G of the main floor and row D of the balcony. All other rows are accessed by stairs with a railing. (We recommend calling) Call the Box Office to ensure your seat selection will be the best fit for you! At full capacity, the NorShor can seat 580 patrons.


Underground
Located at 222 East Superior Street

Underground at Zeitgeist Teatro Performing Arts Theater seating arrangement adjusts from show to show. All tickets are general admission. Seating capacity is 120, depending on the seating arrangement. Accessible seating is available. Please contact the Box Office for details.
