How do I check in?

There are several options for checking in at the theatre:

  • Pull up your ticket confirmation and/or e-tickets on your phone and present the barcode to be scanned
  • Print your tickets at home and present them to an usher to be scanned
  • Pick up Tickets from the Box Office prior to the day of the show
  • Forgot your tickets? No problem! Simply give the usher the last name of the ticket holder so they can check for it on our patron list for that day's performance

How do I get my tickets?

We encourage everyone to help us go paperless and receive their tickets via email! E-tickets can be pulled up directly on your phone - no printing required. A truly paperless experience is right in the palm of your hand.

If you prefer a hard copy of your tickets, our Box Office is located at 211 E. Superior Street in Downtown Duluth and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Drop in to chat and learn more about the Playhouse.

Parking & Arrival

Parking & Arrival

Where should I park?

The closest option is the city-owned Medical District Ramp (302 E. First Street) behind the Sheraton Hotel. This ramp is also connected to the NorShor Theatre via the skywalk, and new directional signage will help guide patrons. Limited metered and street parking is also available.

For patrons with limited mobility, please visit our Accessibility Page for more information.

Alternatively, parking is also available at:

  • The HART District Ramp (125 E. Superior Street), via 1st Street on the left-hand side of the street, right after the Clayton-Jackson-McGhee Memorial (look for blue Public Parking signage!). This ramp is NOT connected to the NorShor Theatre via the skywalk.
  • The Tech Village Ramp (10 E. First Street) is directly behind Pizza Luce and just before Lake Avenue. This ramp is also NOT connected to the NorShor Theatre via the skywalk.

When should I arrive?

The NorShor Doors will be open 1 hour before the performance starts. All bars and lounges will also be open for you to settle in before your event. The house will open 30 minutes before the performance to allow you time to settle in your seat. Insider tip: Arrive early to explore the NorShor or snap a photo under our marquee.

What if I arrive late?

Please try to arrive on time - We don’t want you to miss a moment!

Late seating may be permitted at the discretion of the house manager. Latecomers may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break in the action. In some cases, you may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.

What if the weather is bad?

If bad weather prevents you from attending, call the Box Office as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable with 24-hour advance notice for an alternative performance date.
