Join us for an informational meeting about the current Resident Acting Company as well as the new Performance Company.

What is the Resident Company?
The Resident Company Member is part of a cohort of theater artists who work to support all aspects of creating a professional quality production. Resident Company members are involved, committed, and invested in the mission of the Duluth Playhouse.

The Purpose of the Resident Company Program is to:

  • Build Professional Quality programming and theater experiences.
  • Continue Artistic Development through participation in learning opportunities and theater involvement.
  • Show Commitment to the Playhouse by investing in Playhouse opportunities.
  • Advocate for the Arts and the Playhouse through a positive culture.

 

As a Resident Company member, you:

  • Receive free classes with the Playhouse Education Program
  • Receive compensation for being in shows as well as other performance opportunities
  • Audition for shows that make sense for YOU
  • Attend opening night festivities and other special events thrown by the Playhouse
