NorShor Studios
Welcome to the NorShor Studios! Three rehearsal studios are located on the 3rd floor of the NorShor Theatre, accessible via an elevator. These versatile spaces serve as classrooms for the School of Performing Arts and rehearsal spaces for Duluth Playhouse productions. They also offer flexible rental options for a variety of events and activities.

Each NorShor studio is available for outside rentals, making them perfect for classes, private lessons, fitness sessions, or rehearsals. They are equipped with large studio mirrors and Bluetooth speakers. A variety of studio blocks, chairs, and tables are available upon request, ensuring a comfortable and functional experience for every event.
Studio 3
The largest studio, The Cleo D Zalk Studio, boasts high ceilings and large windows that offer views of Lake Superior and can accommodate up to 36 people.
Studio 2
With a capacity for 30 people, Studio 2 features views of Lake Superior and charming historical facade quirks that add character to the space.
Studio 1
Ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 24 people, Studio 1 provides a cozy and focused environment for small groups. Studios 1 and 2 are connected by adjoining doors, allowing for seamless transitions between spaces.
Studio Lobby
Complete with bathrooms and drinking fountains, the Studio Lobby serves as a convenient hub for artists using the rehearsal studios.
